Product Spotlight: Bedrock Flatbeds

If you rely on work trucks to keep your business running, every minute a vehicle is out of service costs you money. Whether you’re an electrician, plumber, HVAC contractor, utility company, municipality, or construction business, your trucks are more than transportation—they’re essential tools that keep your team productive.
At Central Arkansas Truck Outfitters, we understand that investing in quality truck equipment isn’t just about appearance. It’s about maximizing uptime, improving safety, and protecting your bottom line.
What Is Vehicle Downtime?
Downtime occurs whenever one of your work trucks can’t perform its job. This may happen because of equipment failure, damaged truck bodies, poor organization, or unexpected repairs.
While a truck is out of service, your business may experience:
Even one day without a critical work truck can disrupt an entire schedule.
It’s tempting to choose the least expensive option when outfitting a truck, but lower-quality equipment often costs more over time.
Common issues include:
When equipment fails, your crew loses valuable time dealing with repairs instead of serving customers.
Commercial truck equipment should be built to withstand years of demanding use. High-quality service bodies, flat beds, lighting, ladder racks, tool storage systems, lighting, and liftgates are designed to handle tough job sites while helping your team stay organized and efficient.
Benefits of professional-grade equipment include:
When your equipment performs reliably, your employees can focus on the work that generates revenue.
Think about how much time is wasted each day searching for tools or supplies.
An organized service body or van shelving system allows technicians to:
Saving just 15 minutes per employee each day can add up to dozens of productive hours over the course of a year.

Loose equipment and poorly secured cargo create unnecessary risks for both drivers and other motorists.
Professional upfits help improve safety by providing:
A safer work truck helps protect your employees while reducing the likelihood of costly accidents.
Even the best equipment won’t perform as intended if it isn’t installed correctly.
Our experienced technicians ensure that every product is installed according to manufacturer specifications, giving you confidence that your truck is ready for years of dependable service.
At Central Arkansas Truck Outfitters, we work with businesses of all sizes to build dependable work trucks that are ready for the demands of everyday use.

When it comes to getting serious work done, your truck is more than transportation—it’s a tool. Whether you’re hauling equipment, towing trailers, transporting materials, or managing a fleet, having the right truck bed can make all the difference. That’s why more truck owners are making the switch to flatbeds.
At Bedrock Flatbeds, they understand that durability, functionality, and reliability aren’t optional. They’re essential.
Unlike traditional pickup beds, flatbeds provide a larger, more accessible hauling platform. With open sides and increased versatility, loading and unloading becomes faster and safer. From construction crews and ranchers to contractors and hotshot drivers, flatbeds are designed to handle demanding workloads day after day.
A flatbed maximizes usable space, allowing you to haul larger equipment, pallets, tools, and materials without the limitations of standard bed walls. This flexibility can save time and improve productivity on every job.

A quality flatbed is engineered to withstand harsh environments, heavy loads, and daily abuse. Bedrock Flatbeds are built with strength in mind, giving truck owners confidence that their investment will perform when it matters most.
Whether you’re using a forklift, loading equipment, or securing oversized cargo, a flatbed provides easier access from all sides. This means less time spent maneuvering and more time getting the job done.

Not all flatbeds are created equal. At Bedrock Flatbeds, their focus is on delivering products that combine rugged construction with practical design. They know customers depend on their trucks every day, which is why they prioritize:
The goal is simple: build flatbeds that work as hard as you do.
A well-built flatbed doesn’t just improve functionality—it can also enhance the value and versatility of your truck. Whether you’re operating a business or managing personal projects, the right flatbed helps maximize efficiency and reduces the limitations of a traditional truck bed.
If you’re looking for a stronger, more versatile solution for your truck, Central Arkansas Truck Outfitters has you covered. Our team is committed to helping customers find the right flatbed solution for their needs, ensuring they get the durability and performance they expect.

This Chevy C50 is now a powerful, road-ready hauler that blends old-school style with modern functionality. Whether it’s pulling a trailer or turning heads at a show, this truck is built to perform and impress.

Here are two of the four strobe lights we installed on this truck. These are among our most popular lights, and everyone loves them. The ECCO lights come with a five-year warranty, which is just one of the many reasons they stand out.

Our fabricator designed this tray to hold brooms, valve keys, and shovels. He sketched everything out beforehand, received the metal, laid it out again, and then began welding it all together.

They had several pieces of equipment that we swapped over for them without any issues. They worked with our salesman to decide exactly where they wanted everything, ensuring we placed it in the best possible spots for their needs.
