This policy explains what information Central Arkansas Truck Outfitters collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to answer you and to understand how the site is used.
You cannot buy anything on this website. There is no cart, no checkout and no payment processing here, so we never collect or handle card details, billing addresses or delivery addresses through this site. Everything below is about requests.

When you contact us or ask for a quote
When you send a message through our contact form, or ask for a quote on a product, we collect the name, email address and phone number you enter, along with any details you give us about your vehicle or what you need, and the product you were looking at. We use this to answer you and to prepare a quote.
Your message is saved on our own server as soon as you send it, before we try to email it to ourselves. That is deliberate: if the email fails to arrive, your request is not lost and we can still get back to you.
Automatically
Like most websites, our server may log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This helps us keep the site secure and working correctly, and helps us spot abuse of the request forms.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you, prepare and follow up quotes, keep reasonable business records, maintain the security and performance of the site, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except as described below or where the law requires it.
Cookies
Some cookies are strictly necessary and are not about tracking you. This site sets one to keep your session secure and to protect the request forms against abuse. If you block it, the contact and quote forms will not work.
We also use analytics cookies to understand which pages people find useful, so we can improve the site. These tell us things like which products get looked at most. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time.
Who else sees your information
We keep this list short on purpose.
- Our web host, which stores the site and its request records on our behalf.
- Our email provider, which carries the message from the website to our inbox.
- Our analytics provider, which receives usage information about pages viewed. It does not receive what you type into a form.
We do not pass your details to anyone else without asking you first.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and quote requests for as long as we reasonably need them to answer you, honour a quote and keep normal business records, then remove them. Server logs are rotated on a normal schedule.
Other things you can choose to use
Newsletter. If you sign up, we keep your email address until you ask us to remove it. Every message we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honour that permanently.
Your choices
